朝ごはん美味しかった

日本人の男性スタッフは親切で対応も良かったのですが、東南アジア出身と思われる女性スタッフの対応が最悪でした。 荷物が多く、エントランスの階段で持ち上げるのに苦労しているのに、ただ見ているだけで手伝おうともしませんでした。こちらから「少し手伝っていただけますか」とお願いしても、「自分でやってください」と言わんばかりの返事をされました。 さらに、浴場でたまたまその女性スタッフを見かけたのですが、「飛沫感染のおそれがあるため、会話はご遠慮ください」という注意書きがあるにもかかわらず、女性2人が浴場に入ってから出るまでずっと会話をしていました。

But better to have shuttle arrangement to access and leaving hotel. We are scared when we arrived bus terminal and could not find taxi outside. Both didi and Uber also not offering services instead area. Intil We walked out to the bus terminal for around 50 meters and found a taxi station then we could go to the hotel. I know other hotel iin the area s offering shuttle support

Located right next to the 上の台 Ropeway Station, it offers true ski-in/ski-out access. Self check-in is available, and the facilities are very well equipped, including a large public bath (not a hot spring), a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, a spacious common lounge, washing machines, dryers, and vending machines. The hotel also has its own drying room for storing ski and snowboard gear, making it an excellent choice for skiers.

1. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, you’ll need to carry it up yourself (the highest floor is the fourth floor). 2. Prices are higher during long holiday periods, but this is the same for other hotels in the area as well.

ロケーションがロープウェイまで徒歩2分ぐらいで最高の場所。 朝食がバイキング。美味しくて、沢山食べられる。 フロントに熱湯があるので、持ち込みして飲食できた。

食べ物の販売機が壊れていたので、従業員の方がいる間しか、買えなかった（従業員の方に欲しい物を言って、代金を支払って購入した）。 コーヒーは朝食の時だけ提供されたので、それ以外の時は、飲めなかった（次回は簡易コーヒーを持参しようと思います）。
