A massive thank you to Lesley for such wonderful warmth and welcome to her home. Lesley is a very interesting lady and a pleasure to talk to. She kindly messaged beforehand details of food in local pubs. On arrival, it was wonderful to drink tea from pretty cups overlooking the beautiful countryside. We sat watching the pheasants and listening to an array of birdsong, chatting to Lesley. Our 'room' was a suite bigger than My entire flat! A fantastic living area with tea and coffee facilities with fresh milk. I loved the decor! Some great vintage pieces dotted around. I didn't mind no TV. We had our entertainment through all the windows and patio doors observing the stunning scenery of the countryside. As the sun set, we watched the bats darting about. It was great. The suite had 2 bathrooms which was a pleasant surprise, giving my mother some privacy. The bedroom was delightful! I loved the eclectic style. The bed was fabulously comfortable with fantastic linen. It definitely felt like a luxurious treat staying here and we would love to come again. Lesley couldn't do enough for us and was the perfect hostess. It was a shame the horses didn't visit. I enjoyed interesting conversation with Lesley.

I regretted not booking for an extra night!!

Stunning! We highly recommend this property. Really worth the money. Great room, great breakfast, great host and stunning views!!!!!

In the middle of nowhere, lovely

Nothing it was all perfect

Such a lovely place, quiet and away from life in general.

Clean, very comfortable, generous breakfast and a very friendly host. Also, it's in the middle of nowhere, with fabulous views, a true haven of peace. We'd stay again if we were in the area.

Not an issue for us, but if you're driving anything exotic with low ground clearance, like a Ferrari or Lamborghini, the access lane might prove challenging. But if you're in a typical saloon or hatchback you'll be fine (our Honda and had no problems).

Lovely freshly cooked breakfast and hands on hosting. We were lucky to get an upgrade on arrival - the original room would not have scored so highly.

Outside area looked a bit sad and needed some TLC. But waking up to horses in the field and chinese water deer hugging the hedges was a treat. The Farm is very private and quiet and having two bathrooms another bonus.
