Breakfast was excellent, really well organised, nothing seemed too much trouble and the host was really friendly.

Room was a bit warm but that was it.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts were made to order and great quality. The location was good - very quiet, but easy to get into Aldeburgh and an easy drive to Suton Hoo.
