The room condition is extremely disappointing. I’m paying a high amount, yet the stay feels like a complete waste of money. Please provide guests with what you actually showcase in your profile!! don’t mislead people with fake expectations. This experience has completely ruined my night and I’m highly dissatisfied

Bathroom not clean

The Location is great, walking distance to many offices (including mine) and great restaurants. Rooms are good. Though the largest rooms i.e Studio don't have any view but ok if one is really just looking to crash in for the night. The studio room was quite large with kitchen area sofa and quite comfortable though. Bathrooms were also decent. There is a common nice sit out at the floor lobby connecting all the rooms on that floor. The Egg-Omlet made by Raj was excellent, though the other two options were sort of ok. Staff is very co-operative and helpful. Great value for money. But do keep in mind that facility has no lift, so while the staff is helpful with any luggage, but if you are checking in very late in night or if you have problems climbing yourself then please consider this aspect. Specially if you end up on higher floors. Otherwise its a good daily exercise going up and down the stairs. And yes Wifi is awesome, checking using Wifiman I could easily see more than 100Mbps up/down sustained for my room/floor wifi.

Would have appreciate more breakfast options than just the Omlet, Poha and Paratha. Secondly, not sure if this was an issue just in my specific room, but I found it odd that there was no desk light provision on working desk. This place is right on the road, and even though the room did not face the main road, there was still noticeable road traffic noise from 7am as I was on first floor, but still I would say tolerable for me. Though could be an issue for the first floor room with balcony facing the road side.
