Affordable rates and a good location are the standout features at this hotel. The staff are forthcoming to most requests from the guests and the breakfast is decent.

The first room that was allotted (the one I booked) did not have a working water heater and subsequently I had to downgrade my room (with no discount). Even so, the bathroom fittings are quite worn out and need replacement.
