"Great family friendly hotel"

The owners were really lovely and friendly the whole way through our stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a nice family room with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and it set us up for the day. The location was great for us and there was a parking space which is amazing.

Maddy & John are wonderful hosts. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely recommend & stay again when visiting Blackpool.

the owners was very acceptable there were so friendly and helpful if you had any questions that they would answer them on the spot the facilities was unreal for what you get the breakfast I would say was 10 out off 10 and I would recommend that if anybody would stay there you would be very very impressed the location is so great it is only a five-minute tram ride from Blackpool tower

"Amazing stay, defo return"

Amazing stay with welcoming owners and other guests, everyone was friendly. Room was lovely and spacious, tasty breakfast included. Can’t wait to return. My favourite part was that it felt like a little family with the owners and other guests having a nice chat and few drinks together in the bar area. My children loved it and also got some sweeties out of the sweety drawer. I love how they have a toy corner for children to play with a few toys. See you soon. Toni and boys x

The location was excellent tram stop at the end if the road , John and maddie couldn't do enough for you breakfast was amazing best in Blackpool proper sausages
