"Un'ottimo posto per stare a Carovigno"

La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere comodamente a piedi il centro di Carovigno (il corso principale dista meno di 200 metri). Anche il parcheggio, se non si trova nella strada della struttura, è disponibile poco lontano. La casa è molto spaziosa, con un giardino (l'ortale) con alberi da frutto. Io ho "solo" usufruito della camera da letto e del bagno, ma è disponibile la cucina attrezzata, un soggiorno e una sala con alcuni tavoli.

Non c'è niente che non va, direi.

"Star bene in centro a Carovigno"

La casa è piuttosto grande, con un giardino (l'ortale, appunto) un po' terrazzato che, se non fosse stato per il tempo inclemente, lo avrei goduto maggiormente. Si trova a due passi dal corso centrale di Carovigno, è tranquillissima e ben arredata e, non ultimo, miolto pulita.

L'unico appunto, ma è normale vista la posizione, è la relativa difficoltà a parcheggiare nelle immediate vicinanze ma vale solo per i pigri: camminare 200 metri non mi sembra u n grosso problema
