Clean, spacious, comfortable room with extra inclusions in a great location. Theresa is a friendly host who made us feel very welcome.

We liked everything!

Didn't stay in the end. Had asked a Q in relation to the property between booking and arrival due date (about a week before) and didn't get an answer. Cancelled as found somewhere else which met expectations.

Lack of response from owner to original Q. Then did not respond to cancellation including calling me twice on day of what would have been arrival. Still no acknowledgement of request to consider not applying full cancellation charge made before what would have been day of arrival, but multiple requests to review since instead.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfy. I also got myself a massage. I strongly recommend it to anyone.

The location was a little 2 far from Coolraine, the breakfast was perfect, the host was very helpful. She went out of her way to be helpful to myself, she also wanted me to make a decision about coming back next year. At this stage I could not plan 1 year ahead.

The mattress was very thin, I suffer with Arthritis, because of the thin mattress, I not feel comfortable. As a result I was in alot of pain, could not walk long distances , for that reason I used my walking stick during my trip, while spending time with family. To cope with such pain I took pain medication. I did not complain to the host about the mattress, because she went out of her way to be helpful to me.
