Desayuno no tiene y la ubicación personalmente para mí estaba bien aunque no es céntrica, pero bien comunicada con servicios públicos.

had a lovely stay. Neil is wonderful; the room was extremely warm despite the cold season, and the bed particularly comfortable. will return with pleasure.

This was a really nice stay, which is not so far from Edinburgh city centre. Basically everything about the Smiths' Guest House was perfect. The room for one is small but really cozy, it has all that you need for a short trip. The room is cleaned every day (if I'm not wrong) and it has a label on the door, which have "do not disturb" side and "please to clean" side. The house is calm and quiet and the owner is a very nice guy! I totally recommend it to everyone, as it is a nice stay for a reasonable price.

The only thing that triggered me off, was that the room itself was quite cold, the radiator is working and heats, but it is still not so chill at night and in the mornings. My friend said, that this might be because the house itself is older. So I recommend to bring additional sweater or something to wrap yourself in. Besides that, I have nothing more to say from the bad side.

Host Neil was very friendly and provided good conversation and recommendations for scotch/local food. Bed was comfortable and appreciate Neil upgrading me for room with great WiFi. He was very responsive when I needed an iron and more tea bags.

It would have been nice to have access to the kitchen for cooking. The shower could not stay at a consistent temperature. Very cold, then scalding hot.

Acogedor, el baño estaba muy bien para mi sola, la cama cómoda. Bien comunicada con los buses que en 20 min te dejan en la royal mile

Yo solía comer ahí directamente, quizá un microondas vendría bien. Pero igualmente la pasé muy bien, tiene una pequeña pava eléctrica

Die Unterkunft war ruhig und gepflegt. Die Anbindung durch Busse ist hervorragend. Der Gastgeber Neil war sehr freundlich und versorgte mich mit vielen nützlichen Informationen.
