They are extra kind, they even brought me a welcome drink and food. The owner are very helpful and nice. The place is clean and modern with every confort.

No idea because when we arrived they had given our room to someone else. They then offered a vacant room which was smaller than the one we booked. Initially complete confusion and even told us that we didn't have a reservation despite confirmation from booking.com

We had driven 6 hours from Northern Italy and were looking forward to staying in Fivizzano only to be told our room was taken. This was incredibly distressing for me and my wife as nothing else was available locally. The people we met seemed to want to take no responsibility and blame it on us. An hour later the owner called to apologise and offer us the smaller room for free. This was not only too late but also the room didn't meet our needs and I don't think anyone wants to stay in a place that gives your room away. The owner told me nothing like this had ever happened before but that's no consolation to us. We realise mistakes occur but this in a town with no other accommodation gave us a huge problem.

Location wonderful! Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good!! Room great. We got upgraded for no extra cost because we had our dog with us!!

Great location, facility, and staff. Allesandro and family made me feel welcome. Superb location; after you pass through the town's old arch and see the B&B you will think: "I made the right decision!". And you will be right! Easy to get to, and the old town square just a couple minutes walk (literally) away. I will recommend the B&B to my friends, and would not hesitate to return.

Perfect location in the middle of Fivizzano. Super helpful owner and a great breakfast in the morning. Very good value for money.
