"Friendly and helpful host"

The host is very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and warm - it was still chilly outside. There was plenty of tea and coffee available. The location was good for my needs.

The bathroom is for private use but is located right next to the bathroom for the other room and close by the shared space, I didn't feel completely comfortable using it.
