"Inverness Gem"

So happy we stayed here whilst in Inverness. Our host Susan was superb. Friendly, welcoming and terrific in offering us pub and restaurant options at night. Breakfast was lovely and a great start to the day. I would highly recommend Ness House to anyone lucky enough to get a booking. 10 out of 10

"Reluctant to come home."

This is the place to stay in Inverness, our stay was wonderful, Susan made us feel so welcome and so helpful, it was so clean and warm (a big thing for me) and the breakfast was amazing so much to choose from. It is very central. We will definitely be back.

"Exceptional"

The great welcome we got from Susan was that warm and homely, and the personal wee touches like home made tablet and the bottle water that was left for each room in the fridge downstairs and the lovely breakfast made by Richard superb. Might get to meet Richard next time

"Like home away from home!"

Really good location close to the centre but still on a quiet street. Susan was a brilliant hostess and her coffee was one of the best I had on our whole Scotland-trip. The bathroom was well equipped with a modern tap.

To hang wet clothes to dry was a challenge. We got hanging rack for a radiator but since the radiators were mostly cold, things took forever to dry.

"Superb"

Location was stellar, bed was comfortable and Susan was very friendly, provided good information- everything was well thought through and organized. The breakfast was very good, lots of options, and Susan was very good about accommodating my allergies - thanks so much!

"Best Bed and breakfast experience ever"

Host was so nice and welcoming. Gave us all the info that we might need at her city. Breakfast was fantastic. Every little thing like coffee cup or tea pot were so cute. Even host’s apron was cute. Location is fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Big bathroom with bath tub. It’s our best experience at B and B ever.

"Location, location, location!,"

The location could not have been better for exploring Inverness on foot. Susan was delightful and could not have been more welcoming or helpful.

The room and bathroom were very small but still the bed was quite comfortable.

"Best Place to Stay!"

Close to downtown, within walking distance of everything in Inverness. Great breakfast, do try the taigeis(haggis) for breakfast, it’s great! Ms. Susan is the hostess with the mostest! She is SUPER great!
