Hosts very friendly and helpful. Room warm and comfortable. Breakfast excellent! The location is brilliant - we were able to take some lovely walks and easily go into Inverness town centre. Parking right outside as the hosts have arranged permits for guests' cars. Would happily stay here again and recommend to others.

"Le charme classique du B&B"

Très bien situé dans un quartier calme à quelques minutes de marche du centre-ville d’Inverness. Parking aisé et gratuit dans la rue devant l’établissement. Le Scottish Breakfast préparé par Paul. La gentillesse de notre hôte qui nous a de plus renvoyé par la poste l’AirPod que notre fils avait perdu dans le lit.

"Great host and stay at the Jacobite Rose"

Paul was a great host, and provided us with a lot of information on sites, restaurants and areas to walk. Paul provided a cocked Scottish breakfast as well as cereals and yogurts. The room was clean and had enough space for our needs.

We feel nothing needs improvement

"Good for one night stay"

Clean and good location

The shower hot warm is not consistent ..cold water can sometimes come on during the shower . Room is abit small and breakfast in room is very crammy . Breakfast is simple and without protein .
