L'hospitalité, la bienveillance et la gentillesse de notre hote. Il était aux petits soins pour nous faire un petit déjeuner tres copieux. C'est une maison atypique qui mérite le détour, en plus très proche du centre ville et la possibilité de se garer devant la maison.

Averon House was a fantastic place to stay. The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything I needed for my visit to Inverness. The owner was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make guests feel at home. I was treated to freshly made porridge with honey from his own garden, which was a lovely touch. There were even facilities provided for making sandwiches to take on day trips. One thing that genuinely made me laugh was the guest parking permit. Instead of a small permit card, it came attached to what must have been a five-foot-long arrow designed to sit across the dashboard. There was absolutely no chance of anyone missing it. The whole place felt welcoming, personal and thoughtfully run. You can tell the owner genuinely cares about his guests having a good stay.

Nothing worth mentioning. I only wish I'd had longer to stay and enjoy the area. I'd happily book again when I'm back in Inverness.
