Very cozy house, big room. good breakfast, the owners makes guests some eggs the way they like with bacon if needed. although there could be more veggies. good parking. great location to reach all directions for tourists.

owners do not speak English at all. if not other guests who spoke a bit of Spanish I have no idea how we would be able to get in. Poor sound insulation, you can hear everything in the other rooms.

Great location with a pretty walk into the town. Spacious spot with an incredible breakfast - made to order eggs & bacon, fresh squeezed orange juice, breads with jams, and other options. Liked the location and the room was a good size. Having a parking spot outside was helpful. Would recommend.

Our room was up a flight of stairs, so just be aware you'll need to bring bags up the stairs. Still loved this spot and would stay here again.

Nice old villa just outside the historic center with free parking. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice, eggs were prepared as requested and orange juice was freshly pressed. Did like the location, as its in walking distance to the center and Anaga is easy to reach by car. While I did not use these, the villa has some really nice common rooms, a My room was relatively plain and very clean; the bathroom huge and seemed recently renovated.

Mega friendly staff, comfortable room and bathroom

Warm water runs out relatively quickly. The location is a bit outside of the city center of La Laguna, parking in La Laguna is a nightmare and something to consider.
