Clean , comfortable, small kitchenette but without cuttlery . restaurant across the street witb good food . Free parking . Good value

Much too warm and can't adjust the temperature . If you open the windows , there's a little bit noise because the property is at the main road

We needed apartment just to overnight and take a rest during our trip., but it turns into a wonderful night. Rooms were very clean and having a drink in the wonderful yard was amazing. Strongly recommended.

Cleaning stuff forced us to leave the rooms very quick.

Stayed at Tercia many times over the years, but they have now acquired the hotel across the road and this is where we stayed. Check in process was seamless. Room itself was spacious and had a small kitchenette. Bed was large and comfortable, but was two singles pushed together rather than a double.Shower was good. There was plenty of parking covered by CCTV and hotel is easily located off the main road. The restaurant is fantastic.

Room was very warm and we couldn't find any way to adjust the temperature. Disappointed there wasn't a hairdryer.

The staff were rude and unfriendly. Almost aggressive .
