Charming accommodation on the shore of a small lake, near Lake Como, surrounded by lush nature. It has all the possibilities for a relaxing holiday.The breakfast was excellent, the young host deserves all the praise for his effort and commitment to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Lovely stay, easy access by car. The host was very lovely, prepared a nice breakfast for us. We were there for 1 night only, but would have stayed more.

We loved the quiet location close to a small lake. Excellent for exploring Como area by car. Easy woodland walk and lakeside walk nearby. Andrea was a good host, providing a basic breakfast each morning. Although there is only one bathroom for 3 rooms, the host leaves 2 rooms unoccupied if only 1 room is booked. We therefore had the bathroom for our own private use.

Nothing, this was perfect for our requirements.

Rooms simple, clean, host was nice

Breakfast was some prepackaged croissants/pastries, yogurt, and Nespresso. Not what would be expected out of a "bed and breakfast". 1 bathroom for 4 rooms (which could be 8 people). Luckily the 4 of us were the only ones there. Location was ok, a bit of a hike from town. Area might be nicer in the summer.

breakfast was tasty, room is comfy and clean, owner is nice and kind, also he accepted very late check in. Don't forget to see owners guide and books)

In the room was pretty cold

Perect accomodation. The owner was very friendly with great sense of hospitality.

Very nice staff, Included breakfast, quiet place and location but should be travel around by private car.
