La maison magnifique,le personnel aux petits soins .les repas excellents . De belles randonnées à faire en partant de la maison. Un très bon souvenir malgré la météo moyenne... A recommander.

Logement très agréable avec une chambre sobre, joliment décorée et intimiste dans un bel environnement Un dîner de qualité. Le personnel d'une grande gentillesse.

The staff, the location for climbing, views, walks, nature, the welcome, the communal area, roof terrace, food is lovely.

Broken shower, broken toilet cistern, power cuts, hard beds, poor pillow air con is problematic to operate. Roof terrace ceiling plaster has fallen down. It really is a massive shame as I love Ismail and his team who work so hard and are so lovely and helpful. It would be so nice to see the place kept to a standard that reflects how well they treat us and how hard they work for the business owner.

The drive there is beautiful from either side. But the location itself not that much. Nice, but uninteresting. Nowhere except the road to even go for a walk. Rooms and baths are pretty - as in pictures- but tiny. You can hardly walk around the bed and not even open the bathroom “doors” completely. Difficult for a couple. No hooks, plug coming out of the socket, faucet leaking. The “mountain view” is looking at the wall. Property is small with a toy garden and pool.

It was a very bad experience. The guy in charge, Ismael, was not friendly, in fact quite top-down. He behaved differently with a couple arriving right after me, so I guess he’s simply disrespectful to women and sexist. There was no welcome tea, I had to ask him for help with my luggage, there were no cushions to sit anywhere outside. The furniture is all metal and without cushions. The terrace with a nice view was very dirty and clearly not meant to be used. You’re permanently under surveillance from the omnipresent cameras. Worst was that Ismael disappeared with my passport not to be seen again. In the evening I asked him about it. He took off, leaving me standing there. So I looked on the reception desk, found it and took it. He then freaked out, yelled at me that I'm to ask him and not to take it myself. He kept yelling, even called the owner. Completely unacceptable out of place behavior. It took me asking 3 times to get an extra blanket. He was very adamant about me parking my car differently even though the few guests fitted easily. In the evening the electricity and internet kept cutting off every few minutes. Breakfast was a (generous) cold egg pP, juice from the box, stale bread, butter, jam, honey, packed cheese spread, cold coffee and tea in the freezing cold, dark dining room. On top, there is a mosque with a very enthusiastic muezzin close by. Very disappointing experience and definitely not in line with the usual Moroccan hospitality. I fully empathize with all the low-score reviews about this place. Putting some random guy without any manners and hospitality skills in charge and just caring about the rooms looking nice is not how to run a supposedly nice hotel. Everything but recommended.
