Breakfast was superb as were the hosts Vicky and Mark. Room was very clean with good facilities.

I know they can’t do much about this but the room was a little small with little storage space.

This Guest House is in an excellent location just off the seafront at Cromer. The host was welcoming, professional and friendly. The decor, furnishings, facilities and breakfast showed careful attention to the needs of guests.

We would have appreciated net curtains as our bedroom was very prominent to onlookers from the road or opposite houses.

I have been here before. Really nice place, very friendly owner. I had an amazing nights sleep- very quiet. Also it is very near the sea! I would have loved to have stayed longer- an oasis!

Parking not great....but we managed. Room was a bit small but again not a problem...good use of space.

Bathroom was a small cupboard. Had to twist past the sink to get to the loo. Someone larger than me would find that difficult. There wasn't enough room to dry yourself after a shower so I had to open the door to avoid banging arms on the wall and sink. It's a high step up into the shower but there is no grab handle. Loo macerator went off by itself in the night, waking me up with the noise. No, I definitely didn't leave the tap on! TV was ridiculous. It's the size of a tablet, up in the far corner of the room, above the bathroom door. Impossible to watch anything at all on a screen so small. Very poor. Metal bed frame had a curly decoration sticking out at the sides which gave me several bruises. There is a small space beside the bed and the ceiling comes down at an angle, so you have to walk close to the bed and then the metal sticking out gets you!
