Good location. Lovely welcome from Vicky. Room was spacious with a large comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Toilet was a bit noisy but not a problem.

Clean and tidy and was in ideal location for us , the room was small but very clean and comfortable, shower/toilet a bit compact but adequate for the room available, owners were very friendly and obviously very use to running their business, super special breakfast served,we shall definitely be using again. Beautiful room, superb breakfast, great location.

Welcoming, well positioned for beach and town. Nice rooms, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. Breakfast is one of the best I've had, magnificent! Love staying here, have done many times, will do many more, hopefully!

There's nothing to dislike, in my opinion.

The breakfast was superb. It would last us through lunch time. Lovely sausage, egg, bacon & beans. Toast brilliant. Coffee first thing in the morning lovely. Orange juice plenty available. Location perfect. Within walking distance of the sea front and Cromer Town.

Excellent breakfast that will keep you going the whole day, room clean and comfortable with a seating area. Friendly host. Location is next to the coast and a short easy walk to Cromer centre.
