Alessandro était très réactif et disponible. Logement très bien placé : à 5 min à pied des ruines d’Ercolano et à 2 min à pied de la gare. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages la journée le temps des visites !

"Skvělá lokalita za super cenu"

Lokalita: ubytování se nachází hned vedle železniční stanice Ercolano. To bylo pro mne důležité, protože jsem cestovala po okolí pouze vlakem, takže perfektní lokalita. Kousek i k archeologickým vykopávkám Herculaneum. Jen pár zastávek z Neapole a pár zastávek do Pompejí. Stejně tak perfektní pozice i pro výlet do Sorrenta a Amalfi. Prostě ideál. Ubytování: za tuto cenu pro mne ideální, pokoj jsem měla malý, ale byla jsem v něm sama. Jiné pokoje, co jsem zahlédla, byly větší. Bydlela jsem zde 4 noci, po 2 nocích byl úklid pokoje. Postel byla velmi pohodlná, pokoj měl vše potřebné (lednice, varná konvice, kávovar) a odpovídá fotkám ubytování, okno bylo do dvora, byla jsem velmi spokojená. Italská snídaně (káva + pečivo) byla ve vedlejší kavárně a obsluha tam byla velmi milá, druhý den už mne zdravili tak, jako bych byla jejich rodina. Komunikace: to byl naprostý TOP, velmi děkuji Alessandrovi za vše. Moje letecká společnost mi zrušila let jen 12 hodin před příletem a já jsem musela vše změnit. Alessandro mi velmi pomohl vše vykomunikovat s Bookingem, vyšel mi vstříc se změnou termínu. Komunikace s ním byla úžasná a opravdu děkuji. Je to velmi milý člověk, který se stará a pečuje. Souhrn: Cestuji velmi mnoho a vlastně nikdy si nepamatuji jméno toho, u koho jsem ubytovaná. Ale Alessandra si pamatovat budu, protože jen díky němu jsem měla nezapomenutelný pobyt i přes zrušené letenky a změnu letu. Děkuji za úžasný pobyt.
