Hercules House - Il riposo degli Eroi

Everything was perfect; I would book there again anytime. A beautiful room and a friendly host. The train station (Ercolano Scavi) for Naples or Pompeii was within easy walking distance. A bus (Vesuvio Express) to Mount Vesuvius also runs from there. Herculaneum is only about 300 meters away. Small and large supermarkets, as well as many good restaurants, are nearby.

El lugar es tal cual se muestra ,muy bonito muy cómodo y su anfitriona muy detallista y atenta !!!!! 100% recomendable ,mercadillos ,el parque arqueológico de ercolano a 500 mtrs ...el museo enfrente la propiedad ..muy bi en conectado por tren al centro de napoles y a 25 minutos de pompeya .Precioso

Mary and Enzo are so welcome and so helpful. They were very lovely and tried to always help as much as they could. Location is perfect if you want to go to Naples, Pompeii, or Sorrento and take a ferry to Capri. Property is couple of minutes away from Herculaneum, bus to go to Mount Vesuvius and train station. Very good value for money ☺️ highly recommend ❤️

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 5 giorni. Si trova vicino alla stazione "Ercolano Scavi", da cui ci si può muovere a piedi per raggiungerla (5 minuti, in discesa). Nella zona comune è presente un banco con alcune cose per la colazione: microonde, bollitore, tè, caffè solubile e tisane, creme spalmabili e fette biscottate. Nel frigobar sono presenti yogurt e snack. Si può scegliere di fare colazione in camera oppure, nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura, ci sono numerosi bar, caffetterie, e anche ristoranti e pizzerie. Il personale è accogliente e disponibile. La camera è confortevole e dotata di tutto ciò che è elencato nella descrizione.

Struttura molto pulita ed accogliente, il personale sempre disponibile e rispondevano subito per ogni nostro dubbio. Si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione per poter prendere il treno e poter girare dove si vuole. Lo consiglio senz’altro

Peccato solo per il parcheggio che si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dalla struttura

A great, very comfortable, very clean apartment. The host is very nice and replies promptly. This place is a good base if you want to hike Vesuvius on your own (in that case, pre-book the tickets asap), explore Pompeii (a 30-minute train ride), and Herculaneum (a 10-minute walk). I liked Herculaneum as much as Pompeii, and it was less overwhelming. There are some great restaurants and a few 18th-century villas to explore. I did not have time to get to the sea, but there is a pier and a small beach with volcanic black sand.

I found the shower cabin a little uncomfortable. Just be prepared that some streets close to the apartment building are not very clean, similar to what you can find in some areas of Naples.

Clean, comfortable, good A/C. Very close to Herculaneum ruins. Area safe. Good value for money.

Area not particularly nice, a lot of rubbish in the street.

An absolute gem. Highly recommend. Perfect location, very close to train station, plenty of restaurants with delicious food, close to supermarket. Such a cute room too, with all essentials. Host was so lovely and accommodating, very helpful also. I recommend this place if you're interested in visiting places such as Vesuvius and Pompeii and Amalfi, etc. Also super close to transfort for Vesuvius. Close to beach too. If I come back, will definitely be to this place. Also has such a nice balcony.
