Koordination der späten Anreise hat nicht funtioniert. Emails über Booking haben immer nur darauf hingewiesen, dass wegen später Anreise die Rezeption zu kontaktieren sei. Angeblich wurde Schlüsselsafe Info und Code per Email geschickt - kam aber nicht an. Telefonisch ging gar nichts, wegen mangelhafter Englisch Kenntnisse.
