Lucio is an excellent host. The apartment is modern, comfortable, every possible need catered for.

I would not recommend it for pilgrims on the Via Francignia as it is +/- 2 Km from the town. If you have a car it’s the perfect choice.

I was unable to stay here due to an emergency injury I had.

The property owner when I tried to ask about canceling due to and emergency injury that I had to go to another city for, first said booking had to do it, then when booking sent the cancellation and refund request this property was dishonest and actually just said they still had to get the room ready, which of course I understand they are a business, so then be honest. If you are walking the Via Francigena and this small town needs tourism to keep going I suggest you don’t stay here as there understanding of empathy and honesty is not there. Very disappointing, in their response and lack of accountability when it comes to ownership of how they can handle refunds and promote understanding customer care.
