Buona la posizione centrale, unica camera molto ampia.

C’era molta umidità di risalita tanto che avevano tentato di nascondere il problema con dei pannelli ma solo in corrispondenza del testaletto. Aldilà del vedere la muffa, il problema è igienico, si sentiva odore di muffa. Non adatto a persone asmatiche o particolarmente suscettibili. Il bagno molto piccolo.
