Fantastic location for walking to all of the sights. Great value. Good communication by owner. Good size room(s). Good restaurants etc nearby.

Generally good cleanliness but bottom of shower was pretty dirty and coffe machine hadn't been cleaned from previous guest but, given that rest of the facility was clean, I believe this may just have been an oversight. Breakfast is very basic (pre-packed goods) but given the low price of the room I don't think breakfast is really charged in the price so not really a negative. Just don't expect a 'proper' freshly baked breakfast. Wasn't a problem we just had a coffee and cornetto nearby.

The location was superb in the centre of Palermo, close to most of the attractions and with luck you can park your car in front of the property.

The duvet and pillows smelled of cigarettes as if they had never been washed, the mattress was also 20 years old

very good location, right in the historic centre of Palermo great restaurant right outside with good access to other food and drink spots facilities were good we didn’t realise when booking that the front door opened up straight onto the street but it caused us no issues at all lots of comments talk about it being loud outside but we stayed from Sunday- Tuesday and had no issues at all with noise

bed was a bit uncomfortable not much natural light as two small windows

Reviews stated it was close to station which was not the case. Had to phone owners 6 times to get key code,they were not particularly forthcoming!

The rooms were well equipped and reasonably clean. The location was central. Breakfast though packaged was more than enough for two.

The kitchen was cramped and stairs were a bit inconvenient. No toilet in top floor was a little inconvenient too. But the biggest issue was that there was sometimes loud banging on the entrance door one night and also someone tried to insert keys and open the door as well. This was scaryscary despite owner's reassurance thaat this was just some drunk people trying wrongly.

at the night was very noisy

Very noisy because of the room’s front door directly at street level. Mostly ok, since it’s a small street, but might be difficult for light sleepers or if there’s a local party next door.
