The place is a rare find! It has lots of positive sides: - great value for the money - wonderful location, next to a bus stop, even a bus from/to the airport - unique experience because the place brings you back to 18-19th century: its artisan design matches so well with the modern style - nice and welcoming host, helpful in many ways (we arrived a bit too early, but he still let us in even before the official check in time) - Italian style breakfast included - the place looks even nicer in real life - the place is clean, has all the amenities you need and an air conditioning in the room

Della struttura ci è piaciuto tutto , ma la cosa che più ci ha soddisfatto è stata la cortesia , gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari.

Me gustó el buen trato y la amabilidad de la personal. El desayuno incluido hace más comoda la estancia. Me gustó la tranquilidad por la noche y podía dormir bien sin ruido.

Nada en concreto y no quiero quejarme para nada. No hablan mucho inglés pero podíamos comunicar lo necesario para la estancia. Usaba un traductor para traducir entre castellano y italiano. Repito que no es una queja y se apreció el esfuerzo que hacían.

Splendido appartamento, molto particolare, collocato in ottima posizione per visitare il centro città a piedi. Gentilissimo il titolare, discreto ma assolutamente pronto a fornire ottimi consigli sui punti di interesse ed a venire in contro alle nostre richieste (check-in tardivo, deposito bagagli pre partenza).

The old style elevator up to the 4th floor was in itself an experience. Old style furnishings in the living room. The bedroom was clean, came with two comfortable beds, and even had a writing table. The bathroom was very clean too. Breakfast drink was customized to what I wanted. e.g. cappucino. There were croissants available. Although he didn't have to, the host also went out of his way to get me some breakfast to go when I had to leave really early for a group tour. Very impressed.

External shared bathroom. And water pressure from shower was inconsistent - sometimes strong, suddenly weak, back to strong again, rinse and repeat. But really, I'm just nitpicking here. Minor inconveniences to me. I would choose to rebook if I came back to Palermo again. 😄
