Lokalizacja, działająca klimatyzacja i ogrzewanie.

Pokoj w starej kamienicy. Na początku wita gości bardzo zniszczona klatka schodowa. W pokoju czysto (posprzątane po poprzednich gościach, brak kurzu, czysta lazienka, czysta posciel i reczniki ale widac, że juz wysluzone) ale bardzo wymaga remontu. Grzyb w łazience, obskrobane ściany i drzwi. Nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji.
