Comfortable bed in a light airy room and nice large shower.

Squeaky floor boards in room.

A pepper pot next to the coffee machine - I thought it was chocolate sprinkles haha. Stale bread for the toaster was changed for fresh when I asked.

The property needs updating, there is a musty damp smell throughout the building, the carpets are dirty & need either replacing or a good clean, windows downstairs are leaking & have towels mopping up the water, the bed in room 1 isn’t comfortable & the shower isn’t the best, water goes outside the tray. The tables inside are unsteady & have beer mats underneath the legs to stop them rocking, the tables outside are made from pallets & are all warped & unsteady, my husband felt unsafe on one of the chairs at breakfast, the ladies toilets downstairs have nowhere to hang your coat when in the cubicle & the floor was wet, my husband stated the bins in the men’s toilets were overflowing with rubbish. The tables were dirty from the night before when we were having breakfast, breakfast wasn’t good, the bacon was undercooked, the hash brown was swimming in grease, black pudding was soft & mushy.
