Il b&b è a 2 minuti dalla stazione di Pescara Centrale, di notte e all'alba si possono ascoltare i treni fermi in stazione. La zona nonostante tutto, è tranquilla. Anche la spiaggia è abbastanza vicina, occorre attraversare la piazza centrale e oltre si arriva alla spiaggia.

La distanza dal luogo del concerto, ex Caserma Cocco. All'andata mi ha accompagnato il proprietario, molto gentile.

Location fabulous, host was v helpful Included traditional cakes and tea and coffee breakfast. Very close to train station , heart of the city , and a casual walk to the beach. Buses and taxi nearby

The owner is a very friendly and helpful person, the facility is super clean, located at walking distance from the station, nice restaurants and the seaside.We had a pleasant stay at Casa Martina, we would highly recommend it.
