"A perfect stay!"

10.0

This B&B is located in the heart of the beautiful town of Gragnao. Even before me and my wife arrived we felt very welcomed as we got detailed instructions and were promised secure parking. Fabio the proprietor was extremely welcoming and helpful with suggestions about what to do, and his suggestions were right on spot and perfect for our needs. The breakfast that was brought to our room blew our mind. We only asked for coffee but were brought an amazing assortment of breakfast items, ranging from croissants, and sweets, as well as cheeses, ham and salami. The coffee was amazing, both the cappuccino and the café. We could not have been happier with this stay, and will most definitely return! Grazie Fabio!

"Lovely, comfortable stay with a generous host conveniently near to Pompeii."

10.0

The breakfast was one of my favorites of my entire southern Italy / Sicily trip. The tomatoes from the owner's garden were so delicious with a bit of olive oil drizzled on and some herbs, so yummy! The beds were extremely comfortable and we arrived to find a tasty lemon dessert and a bottle of bubbly white wine in each room for all registered guests. We were also given a gift of local spaghetti and bubbly white wine to take home on our last night. The parking that we purchased with our stay was very easy to get in and out of and felt easy and secure to use. We were also given open access to the owners tasty homemade limoncello in the common area! The travel from Granoro Gragnano B&B to Pompeii was easy and the owner gave us perfect instructions on how to get there and where best to park.

The town where Granoro Gragnano B&B is located is working to welcome guests who want to visit Pompeii and maybe the Amalfi Coast (though we did not visit the coast on this trip), but there are some places of interest that look like they are in process of construction but not yet finished or maybe even abandoned. That said, it was still all very charming and fine as long as you are o.k. with a things being a bit rough on the edges. You can see that there's a lot of history, even including wreckage from WW2, so it's worthwhile to visit, in my opinion. We just missed the celebration of the town's patron saint, so I was a little sad about that! We could see all of the work that was going into the planned celebration, like the white light decorations going up along the main street and near the town cathedral.

Fabio was an excellent host, he was always eager to give recommendations regarding the places where we travelled. He also surprised us with some snacks during the days. Rooms are comfortable and clean. And Gragnano is also a lovely small town to stay in with great location.

Granoro is a charming cozy hotel right in the middle of Gragnano. Its location is ideal if you want to visit the costiera and also be near Napoli. It's clean and comfortable for a family of 4, as the family room features two double beds on separate floors connected with stairs (like a loft). Despite being on a busy street, the room is quiet. And it is also cool inside even on a very hot day (we only use the a/c for a few minutes on each day). Breakfast is rich with a variety of savory and sweet choices. The hotel also offers free parking (you have to inform the owner beforehand), which is excellent considering parking in the area. What makes the hotel special though is Fabio. Fabio must be the best host we have ever met. He is there to help you with anything you might need and at the same time he is discreet. Every day he has a small surprise left for you in the room. His suggestions are great and he would go to great lengths in order to assist. You don't have to plan anything ahead (trips, ferries, parking on the costiera etc) just ask Fabio when you get there and he will definitely provide you with the best options. Gragnano itself is an authentic Campania town. The people are hospitable and there are a few things you can see and do there. It boasts more than 20 family-run factories of pasta, a big history in pasta, and original limoncello. Again, Fabio will give you details for everything. Highly recommended!

"The greatest host so far"

10.0

The garage is secure and nearby. The room is of a smaller size, however enough for 2 of us. There is a balcony with a small drying rack. The whole room has an Italian charm- so cute and cozy. There is a fridge in the room and all the necessary toiletries in the bathroom. But, the highlight of the whole accommodation is the host itself. Veeery kind, pleasant, welcoming and helpful. We were welcomed with a desert and Prosecco in the room and Limoncello at the reception. Breakfast was served in the room and we got an Italian present the second day. He helped us order the food in a nearby restaurant. Always available to help. Amazing. It was a very pleasant stay in Gragnano.

Nothing indeed.

"It is a place I would definitely come back to and recommend to friends!"

10.0

My experience at Granoro was excellent! The host is incredibly friendly and makes you feel at home from the first moment. Without a doubt, one of the best hosts I have ever met. The rooms are even more spacious than they look in the pictures, very comfortable, modern and clean. The breakfast is very good!!! It is the perfect place to relax or to go as a family. Everything from the comfort of the rooms to the quality of the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Not a single complaint, the host helps you in everything you want!

"Fabio is a Rock Star Host!"

10.0

Fabio is the most friendly host that I ever had. He gave great advices on what to visit and more importantly how to organise logistics to make the most of our time!!! He even helped us to cancel a park fine in Sorrento that was issued there while I had a valid ticket. Fabio you are a Rock Star! Keep up you great work!!

"Personable stay with incredible staff"

10.0

This stay was the highlight of our trip!! Fabio was an incredible host and really went out of his way to make everything perfect. The rooms were beautiful and well kept. The towels were so soft and also included some toiletries for us. Upon arrival Fabio greeted us with homemade limoncello along with cake and Prosecco waiting in our room. They even provided us water in the fridge each day! He also gifted us some gragnano pasta 😊. The breakfast was great and he was also flexible with the timing, even getting it to us at 6:30 and providing us packaged snacks before our early morning flight. Fabio went above and beyond and truly cares for his guests. We mentioned we were going to the Valley of the Mills and after it started raining, to our surprise he drove down to find and pick us up so we didn’t have to walk in the rain. He also dropped us off to the metro station on our first day and kept checking in to make sure we got to our destination okay. He helped us a lot with getting around and figuring out transit directions to our different destinations. Gragnano is a very cute town and right in the middle between amalfi coast, Pompei, and sorrento. It was easy to use this as a base to get to other destinations using public transportation. If you don’t mind a longer commute (~1-2 hours) waking up earlier in the morning and saving on accommodation, the SITA buses and EAV are good to use. Dinner in Gragano was quite affordable, so we often had lunch in the other destinations and dinner back here as places are open late. This was much more affordable than other accommodations on the coast and also a personalized experience we won’t forget!
