Location.

No Security. Caretaker on call only. Owner is good. But, I find it not suitable for visit with family or even for my next visit.

I liked the location.

The blanket was dirty, that totally made us be more careful with everything else. The tv wasn't functioning, was told they'd fix it the next day but never heard back. The AC was a constant 25°C, could not increase or reduce. The only comfortable thing was the bed. Couldn't latch the door until we used brutal force to just have it latch a bit. Good location. Liked the balcony, but the room was disappointing. Also the kitchen and the appliances around were filthy, the plates were stained. Points for a comfortable bed only.

The property is at a prime location, hence it is very convenient and it is also easy to access different stores/shops, transportation, et al.

Needs improvement in cleanliness (esp kitchen & bathroom) Automatic lock of our room was broken.
