Great little place to stay, incredibly clean & tidy. Hosts were lovely, they made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay again.

The location was easy to get to & perfect for my visit, with only a 15 minute walk to the new Hawkes Bay Aquatic Centre. Breakfast was all you could need with bread, spreads, cereal, fruit, fruit juice & yoghurt - ample supplies of tea & coffee. The bed was comfortable and the studio was clean. Leanne & Steve were welcoming and friendly, with great advice on how to get to the pools easily & where to go to watch the super Rugby final!

The wifi was not as strong as I am used to, but it was great to have wifi!

Leanne is very welcoming and offers comfortable, clean accommodation in a nice, quiet residential area. A good selection of breakfast options was provided for our one night booking and plenty of crockery and cutlery is provided for meals to use and leave for washing. This is essential when there are no kitchen facilities and Leanne has done this well. An oven glove to take a hot item out of the microwave would have been useful but this does not prevent us from wanting to use the accommodation again.

As the kettle does not fit under the tap in the bathroom it had to be filled mug by mug and a small jug would have been easier.

Very well appointed with attention to detail. Excellent communication with the hosts. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Would highly recommend.

Lovely little spot! It's small, quiet and tidy. Perfect for what I needed (somewhere to sleep after long days competing)! Owner was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. :-)
