The property was central therefore close to shops restaurants the beach and the train station.

The check-in was unbearable, it was all digital, and communication was done with the owner via WhatsApp where instructions were received five minutes before checkin. No host to meet you in person and after a long day of travel with a small child this felt impossible, out of touch and unfriendly and not in true Italian hospitality. We had to pass through five doors in order to access our room. Which was really difficult navigating with Luggage and a six-year-old. As well as follow instructions via WhatsApp , The first door had a code to input, the second door is timed, so we actually got locked in the middle section. Then a lift, and then once arriving at the accommodation door, wait for the host to let us in digitally, and again for the final room door. All on camera. The lights were on a timer so would go off faster than what you could make it to the door. So you would end up in the darkness not seeing where to tap the key fob!! The rooms have been created using partition walls and three studios have been put into a small space, with a shared corridor. I’m assuming once upon a time this would’ve been a really lovely large flat. But now it has been petitioned off into three separate studios. Therefore you can hear absolutely everything from your neighbours. When they come in late at night, Including every cough they make or when they flush their toilet. I didn’t get proper sleep the whole time we stayed here. The street below is very noisy as well, obviously as you’re in the centre of town and the sound travels into the apartment, but much noisier than I could’ve ever imagined including regular glass bottle tips from the bars below.

The location was fantastic - close to restaurants and bars as well as the Port Concordio to catch the ferry to Amalfi, Positano, etc. The room was large and clean. Parking was secure and a reasonable price, considering it was a secure private parking lot costing 20€ a day instead of 30€ on the streets paid parking. There is a lift to get to the third floor.

Very, very noisy at night - there is a bar directly below that plays music very loudly until the early hours of the morning. We had to wait around 30 minutes to get into the apartment as check-in was remote, and we were waiting for the owner to respond to our numerous messages and calls. Parking was quite far away, especially with luggage. There was a weird smell in the room and entrance, and the toilet seat was broken.

Great location and very clean. Trendy apartment.

Bed was uncomfortable and noisey when you moved

The location is very good, close to the beach and the train station.

There is a club on the ground floor of the building and the music is very loud until 2–3 in the morning; I couldn’t sleep. The bed linen was stained and there were hairs in the bed.

The room was not clean. I found immediately hair on the floor. The kitchen table was sticky, and the walls are super thin. You hear everything from other rooms
