Casa Antonio

Our first time in Ischia but definitely not the last one. We are happy that we chose Casa Antonio as our accommodation. Francesca is an excellent host, her kindness, always smiling nature is very uplifting. The location is about 5-6 minutes walk up the hill from Maronti station which is a bit of a challenge (or more like a lil daily workout) but we didn’t mind it as the view from her apartment was worth every step, just simply stunning. Our room was clean and tidy from the moment we arrived up until our last day. Simple yet cosy, equipped with pretty much all you could ask for (mosquito nets, AC, mini fridge, hairdryer, comfy bed, etc). The view from our terrace was breathtaking. The breakfast was a nice selection with lots of homemade food. The beach is about 10 minutes walk away, where the sea has crystal clear water. We’ve got beach towels and parasol as well from Francesca, it was very much needed. Getting into Ischia porto was simple enough using the local bus (bus 5) which runs daily pretty frequently. Overall, we’ve had an amazing time in this gorgeous island. Thank you Casa Antonio for making our stay memorable, we will surely return one day. :)

If I had to pick something it would be the route to the apartment from Maronti station. It could be a bit of a challenge for some people, especially for those with kids, although it’s not a dealbreaker, everyone can get used to it. It could surely become your daily workout. :D

La struttura in posto incantevole, camere vista mare, sulla spiaggia dei Maronti ( una finestra sul paradiso ) camere pulite e giardino ben curato. Ottima la colazione con prodotti artigianali e di Prima qualità. Tanta ma tantissima cortesia e gentilezza della proprietaria. Tutto ottimo Q

Everything was wonderfull

Property is a small jewell hidden on a surprising island.

The family owning the place are really kind and devoted people to take care of people visiting them. They are authentic humans with open hearts and so willing to make your stay comfortable.

The place is beautiful and up the hill, so if you want to eat something (apart from breakfast, which is served at the hotel), you need to come down the hill :-). It is not about disliking, it is just to be aware of.

Bereits mein 2. Aufenthalt, es war wieder wunderbar. Familiäre Atmosphäre, sauberes Zimmer und eine traumhafte Lage.

Alle waren sehr, sehr freundlich und es gab auch ein wunderbares Frühstück draussen mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Gäste waren auch sehr freundlich und wenn man wollte, konnte man interessante Gespräche führen. Vielen Dank an Francesca und Enrico und Sarah.

Da fällt mir nichts ein

Ein entspannter Ort mit grossartiger Aussicht und sehr netten Gastgeber. Besonders als Alleinreisender fühlt man sich sehr geborgen und wohl. Es hat ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer und die Zimmer sind Tip Top sauber gemacht worden täglich. Und immer gab's selbstgebackenen Kuchen. Herzlichen Dank für die tollen Tage

Ea hat alles gepasst für mich. Auch die etwas steilen Stufen nach oben, das hält fit. Nur falls jemand nicht gut zu Fuß ist besser nicht.
