Central palace

Very central location, nice breakfast in café. Good value for money.

Could be cleaner, especially the bathroom (it’s ok but not spotless, for example hair in the shower, etc.)

The host Anna was lovely and very welcoming and happy to share recommendations for restaurants. The room was a good size, with a comfy bed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and a short stroll to the waterfront and harbour. Breakfast at Bar Rosa was excellent. WiFi in the room was stable. For the price, this room was as expected.

Unfortunately, the family who live next door are very noisy (including the children bouncing balls against the adjoining wall)! This is out of the control of the host, however if you’re a light sleeper you may want to consider bringing earplugs. We didn’t experience any excess noise from the restaurants outside, even on a Saturday night. Overall the room was clean, however the bathroom needed a little more attention to detail.

Great spot, great value and very nice area! Close to the trains and port for ferries. Super nice host, she answered very quickly and explained everything we needed to know and more!
