Very cozy and homey feeling place.

Bob and Ola greeted us on arrival and showed us our room and facilities. It is the most incredible property. A lifetime achievement of Bobs and both he and Ola provide hospitality of a very high level. We booked late and had the last remaining attic room available but it was perfect for my son and I. One double bed at one end of the room and a single the other. Toilet and wash basin en suite and a very good shower on the landing area private to this room. The beds were very comfortable and there was tea coffee kettle etc provided. Ola had even made a basket of things one may forget to bring i.e. flannel wipes etc. Very thoughtful. Beautiful staircases up to the room provided easy access. There was a ceiling fan, other fans available and opening velox and side windows so even in the heat we are experiencing it was comfortable. We opted for the cooked breakfast which was very good along with pastries, yogurt toast etc. This is an extra to the booking but well worth it. Bob and Ola kindly owed us to include my granddaughter to join us for breakfast. The garden is a delight all set in a woodland.

Set in beautiful location in Wales, lovely views out the window in the room we stopped in.

Really wonderful friendly owners that care a lot about their guests. Felt like being in a home. Breakfast is excellent.

Silent, small house, good place for take a break , close to Swansea !
