Bardzo czysto i ciepło, przemiła gospodyni. Boczna uliczka, parking dla gości. Blisko przystanków autobusowych i stacji kolejowej. Blisko do centrum handlowego, apteki, restauracji i innych punktów usługowych ( centrum dzielnicy - wszędzie można dostać się pieszo).
