L'emplacement

Accueil glacial et service inexistant. Arrivée obligatoire avant 18h, sinon plus personne jusqu’au lendemain 8h!!! une contrainte forte qui n’est absolument pas compensée par la qualité du service. Malgré une demande effectuée 15 jours à l’avance pour corriger une erreur de réservation (nuits décalées d’un jour), aucun retour de la direction. Sur place, aucun effort non plus : on nous réclame immédiatement le paiement de la nuit non utilisée, sans la moindre écoute ni geste commercial. À notre arrivée, seule priorité : encaisser. L’accueil est froid, expéditif, et clairement peu professionnel. Aucune information donnée pour le Wi-Fi!! nous n’y avons eu accès que le lendemain… au moment de partir. Petit-déjeuner sans personnel, non copieux, avec des tables sales, un sol non nettoyé et une piscine négligée. Pendant que nous mangions, une société de nettoyage intervenait autour de nous!! une organisation totalement incohérente. Dans la chambre : climatisation inutilisable à cause d’un sifflement aigu, et quasiment aucun rangement (un placard vide, sans étagères). Aucun parking gratuit disponible. Tout est payant autour (40 à 60 dollars pour 12h), contrairement à ce qui nous avait été affirmé avant la réservation. Seul point positif : la situation géographique de l’établissement. Pour le reste, les prestations sont très loin d’être à la hauteur du prix demandé. En résumé : manque total de professionnalisme, aucune considération client, prestations décevantes à tous les niveaux.

Lage, grüner Innenhof mit Pool, Frühstück war ausreichend, Zimmer war gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine etc.)

kein Parkplatz, musste zu öffentlichem Parkplatz der aber nicht allzu weit weg war (30 USD bis 8 Uhr morgens, bis 11 Uhr +10 USD) heftiger Zimmerpreis, dafür hätte ich eigentlich ein Luxusappartment erwartet Badezimmer mit nach oben offenem Bad
