Breakfast was excellent. Quality furnishing and decor. Excellent service from staff. Nice touch was the free bottles of water to take out if needed.

limited parking so offroad if available was a must. Room good quality, though needed air conditioning as it got extremely warm and cooling fan supplied did not suffice. Very noisy being on a main road with windows open.

All the staff and all the guest I met there during my stay were great !

Lovely large bright room , with a Sea View. Could location , with a Bus Stop right outside the property. Superb Breakfast. Bottled refrigerated water, readily available, a great addition with the heat

I booked in the belief that I would be able to park my car. On arrival I discovered that there is effectively one guest parking place. This was occupied for the duration of our stay by a car which never moved. Roadside parking is possible on adjoining streets, but availability is very limited. The proprietor offered to refund parking charges at the nearest public car park, however the practicality of this would have been awkward since overnight parking charges expired at 8:00am, meaning that it would have been necessary to go to the car and pay for another 2 hours until we would be ready to leave. In the event we managed to find roadside parking within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. The other downside was that because of the warm weather we slept with open windows fronting a main road, on a hill, opposite a pub. Hence disturbed sleep due to noise.

The location was perfect—just a short stroll to the seafront. The room and en-suite shower were stunning, finished to a high standard and felt brand new. But what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Kate went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and Shana’s breakfast service was equally outstanding. They were both incredibly friendly and thoughtful, even catering to my dietary needs. I couldn’t recommend it more!

If I’m being picky…it would have been nice to park at the property. There are limited spaces but there’s plenty of street parking nearby.

Beautiful hotel just a few minutes walk from.the beach and town centre. Beautifully decorated with an exceptional cooked breakfast and choice of cold buffet. Friendly and helpful staff Will be going back
