lovely pub bed and breakfast, staff were great,its in a beautiful coastal village, few feet from the sea, lovely walks with lovely pubs, foot ferry to Plymouth Barbican for those seeking city life

This is a hidden gem, not what I was expecting at all, the most beautiful waterside location in the most quaint of villages. The food was great, the staff lovely. I was told that my evening would be interrupted by "choir practice" in the bar, which of course turned out to be a male voice/shanty choir. I had died and gone to Cornish Heaven!! You just have to see and experience this place.

If I had to be ultra picky and say something negative, maybe the towels could have been a bit plusher.

The location is absolutely wonderful, right near the sea in Kingsand.

We had supper in the pub - it was a nice atmosphere and served attentively, but the menu was a bit limited.

Large pay & display car park near the pub. Good atmosphere and great location. Live band on the night we stayed. Great home cooked evening meal. Good selection of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.

Room above bar was noisy with the live band on, I did not realise when I booked this was happening. Not fault, just an observation.

Schönes & sehr sauberes Zimmer. Freundliches Personal und gemütliches Pub im Erdgeschoss.
