My neighbors in the room next door were loudly laughing, shouting, and talking all night while drinking alcohol. Because of this, we couldn't sleep. At 2 a.m. I went to the reception and asked them to solve this problem. They were given a warning, but nothing really changed - they only quieted down closer to 5 a.m. I didn't sleep at all that night. Due to the thin walls, terrible sound insulation, and the type of people staying here, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The bed and pillows are absolutely uncomfortable. The pillow filling is lumpy, and it's impossible to sleep on it. The water pressure in the shower is very weak, the showerhead is broken, and water leaks onto the shower floor, creating a terrible loud noise. There is no refrigerator in the room. The curtain does not fully cover the window, only half of it. The room is cold.
