Optimal gelegen, ruhig und weg vom Massentourismus am Balaton. Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, Parkplatz im Grundstück. Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, kleiner Wäscheständer. Klimaanlage sehr leise. Weiche Handtücher und schöne Bettwäsche.

Property is clean, check-in was uncomplicated. The staff is partially nice.

Communication and payment is more than unsatisfactory. After I received a non-refundable booking confirmation, I was told, that my payment didn’t go through, so I must pay at the property. Onsite I was charger 30€ more, the reasoning was, breakfast was not included in my booking. This should have been communicated upfront. The breakfast was as of a quality that I wouldn’t serve my dog. Bread not fresh, horrible coffee, cheapest tea choice from Aldi or Lidl brand, cheapest cheese and cut meat, even by looking at it was horrible. Fresh choice was a tomato, nothing more. Cheapest orange juice possible, tased like water. No choice for anyone with a food intolerance (in my case lactose intolerance). Very disappointing.
