Great place to stay if you are visiting Venice. The location is amazing, 2 mins from the central bus station, the host was very nice and helpful with all our questions

Veramente eccezionale. Siamo arrivati a Mestre non proprio prestissimo, verso le 19:45 ma siamo stati accolti da Dario che molto gentilmente ci ha aspettato dal parcheggio tenendocene uno libero (dove abbiamo lasciato l'auto tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno). Ci ha accompagnato in residenza, dandoci dettagli sui trasporti pubblici per Venezia, sui migliori ristoranti in zona, sulla zona che ci ospitava. A pochi metri dalla fermata del bus e del tram, che impiega più o meno 20/25' per arrivare a Venezia. Colazione servita e preparata personalmente dal signor Dario, con brioches fresche, caffetteria, yogurt, uova, pane. Sempre a disposizione caffè, snack, merendine confezionate, frutta e acqua. Camera grande con bagno privato, tutto molto pulito. La struttura ospita 3 stanze tutte con bagno privato. Consigliatissimo

The property was exceptional—clean, elegant, well-organized, and in a great location, just three minutes from the bus station to Venice. The place was fully renovated, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The host was very professional, kind, helpful, and friendly. He recommended many wonderful places for us to visit. I truly enjoyed both the property and the hospitality. I highly recommend this place! One more thing: it has an elevator, so no need to worry about carrying heavy luggage.

Due to the flight delay, the check-in time was changed from 8 p.m. to 12 p.m., and it was delayed again, and eventually I checked in at 2 a.m. Despite the constant changes in time and arriving very late, Dario welcomed us kindly. The first start of the trip was difficult due to airplane problems, but thanks to the comfortable and clean accommodation and caring Dario, everything melted away. Thanks to the carefully prepared breakfast and detailed travel tips during the stay, I am staying in Venice very happily. The location, price, and Dario are all perfect accommodations! I'll miss you!

Top Lage, zentral in Mestre ,trotzdem ruhiges schlafen.Die Bushaltestelle für die Fahrten nach Venedig keine 5 min. entfernt. Der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Großes Zimmer und sehr sauber.

Da gibt es absolut nichts.
