In high season you will most likely be parked on leisure center parking (short walk no problem) 10£ for 24h so not bad. It's no negative as we were aware of this but I leave it as an info.

"Torquay is very nice & well worth a visit."

I did not have breakfast. The location was excellent with just a short walk from the train station, the seafront, the harbour & the main shopping area. There was also an excellent sports pub only about 100 yards away. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean & the shower was very good. You could also have as much tea & coffee to drink in the room as you wanted. Also they sent me a text to say that the room was ready & I could check in 3 hours early. I intend to book to go there again sometime next year.

I was happy with everything.

The host is so nice and responsive. I especially like the webpage developed by the owner that enlists all the details you need during your trip in Torquay. And the location is so good. The cleanliness is unexpectedly good.

The room lighting is a bit dark and the size is rather small. And I think a microwave oven may be added to the Guest Lounge.
