La situation géographique est idéale pour rentrer dans le Kruger, il y a de quoi acheter à manger autour. La chambre est propre et fonctionnelle. C'est calme et sécurisé. Joli endroit avec une piscine (que nous n'avons pas testé car c'était en hiver). Bon accueil.

Une porte mitoyenne avec un autre hébergement n'était pas du tout insonorisée, j'ai eu peur d'être gênée par le bruit plus tard dans la soirée en entendant distinctement la personne derrière la porte qui discutait au téléphone. Fort heureusement, il n'y a pas eu de bruit une fois que nous étions couchés mais suivant les personnes hébergées, cela peut être un problème. Nous avons essayé d'être le plus discret possible en quittant le logement très tôt le lendemain matin.

The warm smile of the staff, they were so welcoming and very helpful. Rooms are so clean. I truly loved everything about this place, not forgetting their beautiful garden.

The fact that I had to take a cold shower in the morning. Hot water was finished. Not sure if all the rooms are using 1 geyser or not.

The bed is not conforming

No curtains or blinds in the bathroom window which faces the courtyard leading to other rooms.

I did not have breakfast at this resort. I liked the size of the room, the AC, the pool, the staff

The open floor shower was not the best. The water didn't drain properly which caused water to run out onto the bathroom floor flooding the whole bathroom. The pillows were too firm causing my neck to be sore the next day. And they said that there was TV and cable connection but all I could get was YouTube at certain times of the day.

Rooms: No We did not use the breakfast survice and the pool.

The room where we stayed was similar to a prison cell (Room #1). At least twice we noticed a dirty bed sheets. Even though I booked two rooms (one for me and other for teenagers), we were allocated rooms far apart. Often family members have to be assigned the nearby rooms.

The property was very well situated to Malelane Gate. It was easy to find and staff friendly.

The first nite there was not hot water But it was quickly attended too.
