B&B OTIUM

AVOID!! Absolute worst experience ever. I was so disappointed after reading the nice reviews of this place, but the host is trying to sell a room that is unsafe and covered in mold. I was left looking for a new hotel for my stay in Pompeii at 11pm. It was so stressful and the worst part was the host was fully aware and trying their luck. When I pointed out the mold they called it an “infection” and offered a refund. They know the room is unsafe and have people booking it anyway. (The room with a separate bathroom and two single beds.) In addition to this I was told I wasn’t allowed to lock the door to my bathroom which was separate from my room. But it was okay because the strangers also in the B&B wouldn’t steal anything? I was lucky I booked through booking.com and was able to get a refund. But I wouldn’t wish this stress on my worst enemy, so I’d recommend finding another place to stay.

El alojamiento nos ha encantado, para repetir si algún dia volvemos a Pompeya. Rosalba la anfitriona es encantadora y amable. Súper atenta y su marido Vittorio super simpático. El alojamiento está a 7 minutos del Centro Histórico y también de la estación de tren. Grazie mile Rosalba.

Una pena la obra en la que estaba inmerso, solo eso, por haberlo visto entero normal.

Rosalba was an exceptional host! She gave us excellent recommendations and she gave us the contact information for her daughter who gives tours of Pompeii who was an amazing guide! Everything was clean and well maintained.

There was some construction happening so we didn’t get to experience the lovely outdoor seating in the pictures, but it was still a great stay!

Wspaniała właścicielka i gościnność, bardzo schludny i dobrze wyposażony apartament! Odkryłem swoje miejsce na południu Włoch :)
