Hot water took a long time to arrive, and sometimes there wasn't any. No window, no aircon, which was clear from the description but might be uncomfortable in summer.

Mixed feelings. Because the room was not at all like the photos on booking.com. First of all, no windows. In the description it was stated "see view" ??? No desk, as written in the description. Then you have to understand that you will be in a special environment that you can find in Vietnam. You're opposite on a big hospital, and the clients are people going to take care of their hospitalized relatives. All shops and restaurants cater to this clientele. There are three hotels there, countless pharmacies. This guesthouse also has a pharmacy at the entrance. But finally, we found an arrangement, and i stayed two weeks. I got a better room (with windows), more expensive but with a discount. The girl who managed the hotel was finally friendly (even if we started almost with a fight), she helped me for booking a bus, the place is clean, and the cleaning girl also was very friendly and helpful. Overall i liked my stay.

No windows in the room i booked, no "see view". When i'm told them that, they answered me it's not their fault, it's the agency ?? I heard that many times.
