"In a word - great!"

We liked everything. An excellent, comfy bed, properly darkened room, en-suite bathroom, full English breakfast, cooked to order, with plenty of porridge, cereals, coffee etc. Plentiful off-street parking.

"9/10: A Great Little B&B"

The property is picturesque and nicely kept, the room was homely, the owners were lovely and the breakfast was superb.

The bed was a little uncomfortable (plastic under-sheet and a lumpy mattress) but not too bad. Not a major issue.

Cosy, clean and quiet. Separate accommodation so no noise from other guests . Gardens were a delight and breakfast was excellent

This was the best B&B I have ever stayed at. The hosts are very welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I would always stay here again if in the area.

"Great place to stay for one night but better to stay even longer!"

Steps B&B was one of the best B&B accommodations that we have stayed in! From our welcome to our departure we were treated like friends, the room was spotless and although the smallest room it was perfect. Everything had been thought through from tea bags to Wifi everything was an exceptional standard. Our only regret is that we hadn't booked for longer. We are already planning a trip to the South West so we can stay longer the next time.

I think this is one of the best B&B's we have stayed at - I have no criticisms of the product, the team or the location.

"So much better than a 5* hotel"

We arrived on a beautiful day and were able to sit in the most delicate of English gardens and have a relaxed cup of tea . The accommodation was wonderfully decorated and spotlessly clean warm and comfortable . The breakfast in the farm house was faultless

It was in a good location for exploring the area. The hosts we’re friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The gardens were well looked after and would be a nice place to relax in the summer.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

A truly beautiful place. The hosts were amazing! so welcoming and genuinely attentive, going out of their way to make sure we had a lovely breakfast and felt comfortable. The surrounding area is stunning, almost like a magical garden. The rooms were cozy, warm, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax.
