Ho trovato la proprietà molto ordinata, pulita ed organizzata. Comoda, sita in posti strategici, a circa 2 km dal centro. Il personale è stato molto Accogliente, ha accettato la mia prenotazione alle 22 ed atteso il mio arrivo, con posto auto all’interno custodito all’interno della proprietà. Tv, Wi-Fi, molto moderno! All’accoglienza ho chiesto dove poter consumare un pasto veloce anche se fosse stato un panino ed il personale era preparato anche su quello, suggerendo un pub vicino che aveva una vasta scelta! Altamente raccomandato.

Se posso fare un appunto, un po’ più di segnaletica dettagliata per raggiungere la proprietà e forse includere nel prezzo la formula BREAKFAST e non con un ulteriore supplemento monetario, anche se molto irrisorio.

Overall it was a great place except for one very important thing (see below). The room is really well furnished (for example there's almost you might need if you intend to cook yourself a little something, located in a quiet area. The host came personally to greet me and provide some instructions, which is very nice.

The wi-fi didn't really work for me (tested with both my cellphone and a laptop). Thankfully I had some roaming data and could live without wi-fi. I could get a stronger, stable signal just outside the room, in the parking area. Maybe there was something going on at the particular time I was there, but anyway, maybe double check with the host that the wi-fi has been tested and confirmed to reach the room properly. Again, everything except that was fine.

The apartment was great, spacious and clean. The host was really helpful and it was easy to keep in touch for the check in. Position is great if you want to visit Viterbo but staying in a silent area close to the city centre. Highly recommended.

lovely location within a national park, super friendly staff, Maria Assunta was very welcoming.
